Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a female Marketing Assistant who is highly proficient in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our international business development and day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential international clients and opportunities.

Organize and manage data, ensuring accurate sorting and reporting.

Draft, send, and follow up on cold emails to prospective clients.

Make cold calls to international clients in a professional manner.

Assist in light purchasing activities as needed.

Support the marketing and sales team with other administrative and communication tasks.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct research and handle data with accuracy.

Confidence in cold emailing and calling international clients.

Basic knowledge of purchasing and vendor coordination (preferred).

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in marketing, sales support, or international client handling.
