Key Objectives

• Support lead generation initiatives to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Assist in executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
• Contribute to data management and lead nurturing efforts to maintain a robust sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads using various online and offline sources.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials aimed at lead acquisition.
• Manage and update lead databases ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on lead generation campaign performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in marketing, sales support, or lead generation preferred.
• Basic understanding of lead generation concepts and marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
