Marketing Apprentice - Events Experience: 0-2 years Location: Delhi and Bangalore Apprenticeship: 6 months or 1 year Position Overview As a Marketing Apprentice specializing in Events & Community, you will assist the marketing team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events aimed at promoting our brand and engaging with our target audience. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Event Planning and Coordination Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events. Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event aspects are executed smoothly. Develop detailed event plans and timelines to ensure all deadlines are met. Promotional Activities Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as invitations, brochures, and social media posts. Assist in the development of event branding and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and engagement. Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. On-Site Event Support Provide on-site assistance during events, including registration, attendee management, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Ensure that all event activities align with the companys brand and marketing objectives. Collect and manage feedback for NPS from attendees to improve future events. Community Engagement Build, lead and maintain a roadmap of community projects and initiatives. Drive adoption, engagement, and success for the community by managing programs (contests, webinars, giveaways, etc. ) and devising exceptional onboarding processes. Be a passionate advocate for all members of the AI community and listen attentively to their feedback, so we can positively influence how we interact with them and provide actionable insight to the internal team. Organize events in the community to increase engagement & boost brand awareness. Manage polls/surveys to measure community member experience and sentiment. Skills and Qualifications Education: Completed a degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: should have prior experience in event management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic and eager to learn about event marketing. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
