Marketing and Social Media Manager

At DigiManiac, We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level. If you’re a digital storyteller with a proven track record of creating impactful campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering engagement and brand loyalty.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with trends, tools, and platform updates, incorporating them into strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and content teams) to align messaging.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media metrics, algorithms, and content best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
