Job Description

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as

1. Area Sales Managers-New Cars (Greater Noida, Chennai, Mumbai)

2. Regional Manager -Pre Owned Cars (Greater Noida)

Key Responsibilities for Area Sales Manager:

Manage dealership performance within your assigned area
Achieve sales targets while ensuring superior customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Drive improvement in sales quality scores
Work towards consistent market share growth

Key Responsibilities for Pre Owned Cars:

Key Activities and Result Areas Manage Pre-Owned Car business operations, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Responsible for Budgeting, Revenue Generations & P/L Management of the Profit Center Provide guidance and support to dealerships to enhance their operational efficiency and profitability.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Evaluation Done to Request Ratio Trade-In to Evaluation done POC car display at dealer as per guidelines .
Guide dealerships for supporting customers to scrap the cars and procure COD Coordination with RVSFs etc.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech / MBA with
3-10 years
of experience in automobile sales
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven experience in dealer/channel management .
Customer-centric with a results-driven attitude
Automobile industry experience preferred
