Marketing and Sales Engineer

You will be responsible for sales of various Industrial Automation products such as Timers, Counters, Production Counters, Digital Hour Meters, Temperature and Humidity Monitoring Systems, and custom-designed embedded solutions. Additionally, you will handle sales for commercial ATEs including Keypad Tester, Power Supply tester, Capacitor Tester, Relay Tester, etc. Your role will involve actively seeking new sales opportunities through methods like cold calling, networking, and social media. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to generate leads, arrange meetings with potential customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable solutions. You will conduct product demos and presentations at client locations, prepare quotations and proposals, and compile regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data. Participation in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company will also be required. Furthermore, you will be involved in negotiating and closing deals, handling complaints or objections effectively. Your ability and experience in working within a target-based sales environment will be crucial for success in this role. Job Requirements: - Minimum qualification of BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Electronics & Telecommunication or Instrumentation from a reputable University. - At least one year of experience in electronic/electrical sales within a relevant industry. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the capability to deliver technical presentations. - Comprehensive understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - A quick learner with a strong passion for sales. - Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach. - Willingness to travel as and when required.
