Job Title:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist (through AI & Automation) to optimize and manage our marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in automation platforms, data-driven insights, and agile collaboration with creative teams to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign execution and customer engagement.
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
Facilitate agile collaboration between marketing, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Continuously evaluate marketing workflows and recommend automation opportunities.

Required Skills:

7+ years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
Experience in agile facilitation and working closely with creative teams.
