Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on experience) + performance incentives Job Summary We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing, and organized individual to handle social media, inbound sales, and PR coordination for newest Club in Nagpur. You will be the first point of contact for influencers, party enquiries, and guest relations both online and over the phone. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Manage daily posts, Stories, and Reels on Instagram and Facebook Engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time Coordinate with photographers and videographers to create high-quality content Schedule weekly content calendars and influencer shout-outs Maintain brand voice across platforms Phone Handling & Guest Relations Answer customer queries over WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls Convert incoming leads into bookings (tables, birthdays, private events) Coordinate with on-ground team for pre-booking confirmations Track guest list registrations and ensure VIP guests are followed up PR & Promotion Build relationships with local influencers, colleges, and promoters Assist in planning marketing campaigns and theme nights Reach out to media contacts for event features, press notes, or coverage Maintain a database of guests, VIPs, and repeat customers (CRM) Sales Support & Reporting Follow up on group enquiries and generate reports on lead conversions Suggest marketing tactics based on weekly crowd trends Maintain booking sheets and marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, bookings) Requirements Min. 1 year experience in marketing / event PR / nightlife / hospitality preferred Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi Comfortable speaking with influencers, VIP guests, and partners Enthusiastic personality and high energy – this is a people-first role Basic Canva or photo editing experience is a plus What You’ll Get Be part of a growing, high-energy nightlife brand (DHUNDH) Gain experience in events, influencer relations, and marketing Incentives for lead conversions and event success Discounts on off-hours Access to exclusive music, food, and entertainment events Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday) To Apply Email your resume + social media profile link jobs@ideas2goal.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8080636161.
