Marketing and Outreach Intern

The Lush Minds is a fast-growing community focused on building inclusive spaces for personal growth, professional upskilling, and mental well-being. We blend mindfulness with real-world learning through thoughtfully curated networking and development events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute outreach campaigns for flagship events
• Build relationships with institutions, creators, and relevant stakeholders
• Assist with content ideas for promotions (social media, emails, posters, etc.)
• Coordinate with the events team and participate in on-ground execution
• Track engagement, suggest improvements, and stay proactive

What we're looking for?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to think creatively
• A knack for storytelling and building connections
• Ability to own the task assigned
• Decent MS-Office skillset
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other design tools will fetch you brownie points
