Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing And Growth Lead based in Ibrahimpatnam. The Marketing And Growth Lead will oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence. Responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing growth tactics, managing digital and offline campaigns, analyzing metrics for performance improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Growth Hacking strategies
• Proficiency in Branding, Campaign Planning, and Market Analysis
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Metrics Tracking, and Performance Optimization
• Experience with SEO/SEM techniques, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and project management experience
• Proven ability to identify market trends, innovate, and execute targeted growth plans
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Work experience in fast-paced industries or startup environments is a strong advantage
