Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves overseeing marketing and admissions for the institute. Key responsibilities include developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing admissions processes, engaging with prospective students and parents, and driving enrollment growth. The role requires extensive collaboration with the institution's teams, maintaining relationships with schools and colleges, organizing events, and representing the institute at educational fairs or forums. The Manager will also ensure high-quality candidate experiences throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

  • Marketing skills, including Strategic Planning, Digital Marketing, Event Management, and Marketing Campaign Development.
  • Admissions expertise, such as Admission Process Management, Student Recruitment, Relationship Management, and Counseling skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to evaluate data, track performance, and improve strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Relevant work experience in education management, sales, or marketing is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as needed for recruitment and networking events.
