Marketing and Admission Counselor

Crimson World School, Agra is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing & Admission Counselor to support the school’s admission and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in driving student enrollments through effective communication, follow-ups, and parent engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and follow-ups.
• Guide prospective parents through the admission process with accurate information and timely support.
• Assist in organizing school tours, admission events, and orientation sessions.
• Maintain admission data, generate basic MIS reports, and track lead conversions.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team for leads and campaign updates.
• Ensure a positive and supportive parent experience throughout the admission journey.
• Provide administrative support to the admission team and contribute to achieving enrollment targets.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or marketing.
• Internship or prior experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Energetic, persuasive, and people-oriented personality.
