Role Overview: You will be joining MakeMyTrip as a Marketing Analytics Senior Executive based in Gurugram. Reporting to the Senior Manager - Marketing Insights and Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights, strategic decision-making, and effective cross-functional collaboration. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing customer data, providing actionable insights, shaping the company's strategy, and automating reporting architectures for optimized data reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize data analysis to gain deep insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends to enhance the company's understanding of its target audience. - Develop a strong understanding of MakeMyTrip's business goals, strategies, and market dynamics to align data-driven insights with organizational objectives. - Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python to identify patterns and growth opportunities. - Create clear and concise reports and automated dashboards to effectively communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. - Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard new analytics platforms, adopt evolving technologies for consumer analytics, and help achieve critical business objectives. - Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, setting clear goals, and providing coaching and feedback. - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine business strategies, leveraging data insights to drive decision-making. Qualification Required: - MBA from a reputed institute. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B. Tech. or equivalent). - 2-5 years of professional experience in analytics, data science, or consumer insights roles. - Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis. - Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, Google Analytics). - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Proven track record of delivering business impact through data-driven insights.,
