Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Agency Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong client relationships. The Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and supporting the company's overall business strategy through collaboration with internal teams and effective communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in a marketing agency or similar industry is a plus
