Grafotics is a growing market research and insights company delivering data-driven solutions for brands across industries. We manage end-to-end online research projects—from survey programming to fieldwork, data quality, analysis, and reporting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Market Research Project Manager to oversee and execute online research projects, collaborate with clients and vendors, and ensure smooth project delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management (market research)
  • Manage end-to-end execution of online market research projects
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Oversee online panels, fieldwork, timelines, and project operations
  • Conduct quality checks and maintain project documentation
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations (Excel / PPT)
  • Use DIY research tools and survey platforms
  • Handle daily communication, emails, and client updates
  • Preferably use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience in Market Research (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfort with online tools; AI experience is a plus
