Role Overview:

As a Market Research Intern

Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-field visits to salons, parlours, and freelance beauticians
• Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to capture insights
• Document customer pain points, service preferences, and pricing trends
• Track competitor offerings and identify market gaps
• Prepare structured reports & support product/business teams with actionable data

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields
• Strong interest in market research & the beauty/salon industry
• Excellent communication skills (for salon interactions)
• Ability to design & manage surveys (Google Forms)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel locally for on-field visits
