Position: Market Research & Business Analyst

Job Summary

The Market Research & Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering market and competitor intelligence, conducting pricing and product benchmarking, and preparing business proposals for incoming enquiries. The role requires strong analytical skills and coordination with internal departments, including factory teams, to compile technical and commercial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence across global bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinet markets.
• Develop detailed competitor portfolio reports covering product range, pricing, certifications, and positioning.
• Prepare pricing benchmarking studies for product categories and target regions.
• Support the Business Head with insights and data-driven recommendations for market entry and pricing decisions.
• Prepare structured commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations for customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with factory teams to obtain technical drawings, pricing, technical specifications, lead times, etc.
• Maintain a central knowledge repository of competitive data, pricing, and market insights.
• Present findings in professional PPT/Excel formats with analytics-based storytelling.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate / MBA (Marketing, International Business, Analytics preferred).
• 3-6 years experience in market research, strategy, business analytics, or pricing roles.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
