Role Overview

A Market Research & Marcom Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets market data to help guide marketing strategy, sales growth, and brand communication efforts. The role bridges market insight and marketing communication, empowering both product and marketing teams with actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research into market, ecosystem, competitor, and marketplace trends.
  • Build, administer, and analyze surveys, focus groups, and datasets.
  • Interpret complex data and present actionable recommendations to the marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor and forecast industry trends, consumer behavior, and sales performance.
  • Prepare reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations.

Strategic Planning & Market Positioning

  • Develop and execute the companys global marketing strategy for ODM services.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead market intelligence effortsanalyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with Product Development teams to align marketing strategies with R&D roadmaps.

Brand Development & Marcom

  • Craft compelling value propositions that clearly communicate our ODM products to potential clients.
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
  • Manage corporate branding, ensuring consistency across digital and offline channels.
  • Partner with the Sales team to support lead generation and nurture high-value prospects.
  • Create strategic presentations and proposals for global accounts.
  • Support participation in ndustry trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work cross-functionally with product, R&D, and sales to translate research findings into actionable communication strategies.
  • Advise teams on optimal resource allocation for campaigns based on data-backed findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field

    (Master’s preferred).

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing—preferably in manufacturing, electronics, or technology sectors.
  • Prior experience in an ODM / OEM environment highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of global supply chains, product lifecycle management, and brand partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop brand strategy and execute integrated marketing plans.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
