Market Research Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Market Research Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad and Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years of experience in market research, preferably in the chemicals and materials or energy sectors.

• Conduct primary interviews with industry sources to gather information on market trends and competitor activity.
• Analyze and interpret findings from market research studies to provide insights to clients.
• Write syndicated reports and client presentations on market analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain databases to track market data and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on market research methodologies and best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of writing clear and concise reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and market and business research is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of market research principles and methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, or statistical software.
• Preferred candidates possess experience in value-added chemicals (fine and specialities), polymers and plastics, biocides, excipients, and electronic materials. For the Energy practice, experience in downstream heavy speciality products is preferred though not necessary.
