Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Profile Summary :

Identify and scan active, planned, and upcoming projects in the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.

Gather intelligence on project stages, key stakeholders (architects, contractors, developers), timelines, and scope.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project database to support sales planning.
Liaise with industry sources, publications, and digital platforms to extract relevant project information.
Share weekly/monthly updates with the sales team on new leads and market developments.
Collaborate with sales executives to prioritize projects and generate business opportunities.
Track competitor activities and presence in identified projects.
Support strategic market mapping to identify high-potential regions and sectors.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to gather insights

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
1 to 5 years of experience in market research, project tracking, or a similar role preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and deliver actionable insights under tight deadlines.
