Roles and Responsibilities

• To lead a team of Partners/Relationship Leaders at the location and be responsible for managing Key Clients HNIs and Ultra HNIs in order to provide expert relationship management experience (Domain Expert)
• In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promoters/Directors of organisations.
• Be proactive in converting the Richest Individuals base at the location especially the base listed as Top 500 Richest Indians in India In synergy with corporate banking.
• Anticipate and be continually sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and initiate appropriate measures to ensure that Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors.
• Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products which are required to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients. Besides leading a small team, the position shall also manage key clients personally.
• Showcase full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential Key Clients of the Bank and harness incremental business opportunities across all products
• Contributing to the development of new products and services, by channelising self and customer feedback to the respective Program Teams
• Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers
• Participate in cross-functional activities that help promote and nurture collective responsibility to the bigger objectives of the institution.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-20 years of experience in Wealth Management or related field with expertise in HNI Sales, HNI Acquisition, HNI Client Handling, Investment Advisory Services.
  
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through effective relationship management skills.
