Market Development Manager, Urology

Role Overview: As a Market Development Manager in the Urology division at Boston Scientific, you will have the opportunity to lead therapy development objectives for each therapy category while collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales objectives. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, conducting training programs, analyzing market conditions, and driving revenue streams. You will also work closely with key opinion leaders and assist in formulating marketing strategies to engage customers. Key Responsibilities: - Meet or exceed therapy development objectives for each category within assigned expense limits - Support Uro lines of business and assist in achieving sales objectives - Collaborate with sales personnel for optimal coverage and product bundling opportunities - Conduct training programs for technology-based Physician/ Technician Training, product demonstrations, and in-service programs - Analyze competitor activities, customer needs, technology trends, and therapy adoption to guide marketing plans - Sign AMC/CMC agreements with installations to generate revenue streams - Drive applications and penetrations of assigned equipment in BSC installations - Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and physician champions - Assist in formulating marketing strategies and action plans - Identify opportunities in potential accounts and work with stakeholders to close deals - Ensure tenders are locked in with specifications and win Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business or sciences - Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device/pharmaceutical therapy development - Track record of quota attainment selling high-value products - Existing relationships within the healthcare hospital industry/KOLs - Strong strategy development, project management, and problem-solving skills - Solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements - Exceptional communication skills and ability to build positive relationships - Clinical aptitude in Urology Note: Boston Scientific is a global leader in medical science committed to improving patient lives and transforming communities.
