Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to promote company products/services through various channels.
Manage brand campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring effective media relations and external communications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging internal communications that align with business objectives.
Design and produce high-quality visual materials (e.g., brochures, presentations) for corporate communication purposes.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marcom initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in Marketing Communication or related field (MarCom).
Strong understanding of brand communication principles, including brand positioning and messaging.
Proficiency in creating compelling copywriting for various formats (social media posts, email newsletters, etc.).
Excellent design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
