Marcom Executive

Role Overview: - Manage and develop content on various Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) in line with brand voice. - Manage content and images on the brand's website. - Handle non-traditional communication when necessary; manage comments, address feedback promptly, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues. - Implement media monitoring/social listening, analyze media activities to propose solutions to enhance brand effectiveness. - Develop, budget, and implement marketing campaigns for the brand, both pre and post campaigns. - Collaborate closely with departments and manage Agencies to ensure campaign objectives are met. - Monitor, update, and report on communication effectiveness to the Brand Manager; adjust activities as needed. - Collect, analyze, evaluate communication results for each product line. Qualification Required: - Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Events, or related fields. - Experience: At least 2 years in Marketing Communications, Social Media. Preferably with experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG industries. - Computer skills: Proficient. - Language: English (conversational and professional). - Proficiency in Capcut, Canva, or other graphic design software is a plus.
