Job Description

Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and develop content across various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) in line with brand voice. You will also oversee content creation and imagery on the brand's website. Additionally, you will handle non-traditional communication incidents, manage comments, respond to inquiries promptly, and collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions. Furthermore, you will implement media monitoring/social listening, analyze communication activities to develop strategies that enhance brand efficacy. Planning, budgeting, and executing marketing campaigns for the brand, both before and after the programs, will be part of your duties. Collaborating closely with departments and managing agencies to ensure campaigns meet objectives is essential. Monitoring, updating, and reporting on the effectiveness of communication for the Brand Manager, adjusting activities as necessary will also be crucial. You will be responsible for compiling, analyzing, and evaluating communication results for each product line. Qualifications Required: - Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, Events, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Marketing Communications, Social Media, preferably in F&B, Retail, FMCG industries. - Technical skills: Proficiency in computer skills. - Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written). - Other: Proficient in Capcut, Canva, or other graphic design software.
