About The Opportunity

A high-growth innovator in the AI-driven language services sector, we empower businesses by crafting AI-enhanced multilingual content that resonates with regional audiences. Our team leverages large language models and proprietary AI tooling to deliver engaging, high-quality Marathi content across marketing, product, and training materials. This fully remote role offers the chance to shape the future of AI-powered regional language content in India.Role & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to generate, refine, and optimize Marathi content using large language models.
  • Develop and test prompts, fine-tuning models to produce region-specific, high-impact copy.
  • Proofread and edit AI-generated text, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and brand consistency.
  • Maintain and update Marathi style guides, glossaries, and content standards.
  • Evaluate and annotate datasets to support training and continuous improvement of LLMs.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align content with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Native-level proficiency in Marathi and fluent English communication skills.
  • 2+ years of professional writing or editing experience in Marathi.
  • Hands-on experience using AI writing tools (e.g., GPT, ChatGPT, Bard).
  • Strong understanding of Marathi grammar, style, and cultural nuances.
  • Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM workflows.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy.

Preferred

  • Experience in SEO and keyword optimization for regional language content.
  • Background in AI/ML data annotation or localization projects.
  • Familiarity with transcreation and cultural adaptation best practices.
