Production Supervisors

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Assign tasks and organize workflow efficiently among team members
• Monitor production processes and ensure output meets set specifications
• Oversee, guide, and coach production staff
• Ensure machinery is operated safely and maintained regularly
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on performance and production progress
• Train new team members on machinery usage and safety protocols
• Maintain strict compliance with company standards and safety regulations

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor in

  ONT and/or STB lines

• Hands-on experience with various manufacturing machinery and tools
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics, ECE, or related field
• 5–6 years of relevant experience preferred
