Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist with expertise in polymers to join our innovative team. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest quality standards in polymer production. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for polymer products.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize production efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to polymer production.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in manufacturing, specifically with polymers.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
