Role & responsibilities

Training Output and Workforce Development

• Utilize provided training resourcestime, material, and method—to enhance workforce efficiency and competency.
• Ensure that the training outcomes translate into measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
• Monitor employee skill levels and provide additional guidance or on-the-job training as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and bridge any gaps between training input and operational output.

Production Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement detailed production plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively to maximize throughput.
• Monitor employee skill levels and provide additional guidance or on-the-job training as needed.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and bridge any gaps between training input and operational output.

Target Achievement and Performance Management

• Meet or exceed established targets for productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Track production progress through performance indicators and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Ensure that training targets are achieved without compromising delivery commitments or overall productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews to align team efforts with the company’s operational goals.

Change Management and Process Execution

• Implement changes in processes, product design, or procedures responsibly and within defined timelines.
• Ensure all modifications are communicated clearly to the team and reflected in operational practices.
• Monitor the stability of process changes to prevent negative impacts on quality or output.

Inventory and Resource Management

• Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials, components, and consumables to sustain uninterrupted production.
• Optimize material usage to reduce waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the procurement and stores departments to ensure timely material availability.

Quality and Measurement Control

• Enforce quality control standards throughout the production cycle.
• Use measurement systems and performance metrics to assess process efficiency and product quality.
• Identify and resolve any quality deviations through corrective and preventive measures.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability on the production floor.
