Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support Quality management system (QMS)/compliance activities pertaining to manufacturing sciences department.
Coordination with cross-functional team for implementation of QMS systems across the department.
Facilitate/coordinate the internal audit and support the internal teams for timely closure of the CAPA.
Facilitate the continuous improvement via quality management system to improve the health of quality systems in department.
Ensure that Deviations, Customer complaints investigated, reviewed and CAPA implemented in accordance with QMS Requirements.
Initiation and review of change controls in accordance with team requirement and closure of actions with in target date.
Training needs identification, Preparation of training matrix/metrics with department and Training of employee on QMS procedures.
Prepare /Review of Risk Assessments for quality activities.
Ensure safety culture of department and encourage open communication about safety concerns to SHE Team.
Ensure periodic review of SOPs within department across all functions, and drive revision of SOPs for compliance.
Handling of Tackwise, Learning Management System (LMS) and Document Management System (DMS) as required.
To ensure/supervise team members record and maintain on-line documentation i.e. logbooks, datasheets, etc. and other related documents of the division.
To ensure lab notebooks are updated with complete experimental raw data. To ensure recorded data and lab notebooks are submitted to QA.
