Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Manufacturing Program Manager, you will serve as the primary link between customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from purchase order receipt to production execution ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction

Role & responsibilities

  • Obtain business demand for new models and repeat orders for mass production of finished goods (FGs). Prepare, analyze, approve, and maintain product costs.
  • Regularly monitor inventory and publish excess & obsolete inventory reports to customers.
  • Manage accounts receivables and closely monitor overdue payments.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the customer and the company by understanding customer requirements and assigning tasks to the respective internal CFT (Cross-Functional Team) for fulfillment.
  • Obtain customer purchase orders, create sales orders in the VVDN system, and set up deliveries through demand management.
  • Prepare purchase request files and trigger them to the material planner for ordering shortage parts.
  • Monitor QC hold items from suppliers and follow up with buyers to arrange correct or replacement materials.
  • Regularly interact with customers to provide updates on production and delivery status of FGs.
  • Obtain customer product priorities and communicate them to the PPC team for material planning based on kit coverage analysis.
  • Prepare invoice requests and courier requests to dispatch ready FGs.
  • Enter new purchase orders into ERP systems and track day-to-day shipments for PO closure.
  • Monitor production output regularly to achieve targeted plans, analyze gaps, identify concerns, and collaborate with CFTs for process improvements.
  • Follow up with customers for technical inputs and obtain artwork/technical approvals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 7–12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing/EMS.
  • Proven expertise in program/project management.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
