Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily

  manufacturing operations and ensure efficient plant performance.

• Develop and implement production schedules and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict compliance with

  health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Manage and optimize

  plant budgets, manpower, and material resources

• Lead and mentor a

  team of supervisors and technical staff

• Uphold high standards in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  .
• Proven experience in a

  senior management role

  within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in

  production management, operations, and quality systems

  .
• Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent people management and communication skills.
• Skilled in

  budgeting, strategic planning, and resource optimization

  .
• Hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
