Mfg Liquidation
Site support Labour Hour Billing and Cost of Employees Billing to projects - PO/Billing Request /Details for Recon
Fixed Assets Budget Loading in Invest tool
Fixed Asset Capitalization data providing to Genpact team - Monthly
Fixed Asset Capitalization data providing to Genpact team - Monthly
Fixed Asset Capitalization data providing for physical verification and Tagging
Non Hazardous Scrap Invoice tracker / Invoice request / and collection record maintenance/ Recon details for clearing of the customer account
Liaoning for CTO approvals and other statutory payments for factory (One time)
Budget Preparation for Opex for Vallam Manufacturing plant
Budget Preparation for Capex for Vallam Manufacturing plant
Project Budget and ToW Budget cost monitoring and proper apportionment to the respective cost budgets
PR / PO - GL account background mapping check and issue resolution
IO and AUC asset creation , initial data validation before sent to Genpact
PR related approval matrix coordination and testing for finance end details for Oscar software
