Job Description

Role Overview As a key member of the Manufacturing team, the Manufacturing Excellence will lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, ensure world-class quality, optimize cost structures, and drive continuous improvement across our production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process optimization, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement projects across production units. Drive implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and other operational excellence methodologies. Identify and eliminate waste across production processes (man, material, machine, method). Partner with cross-functional teams to improve throughput, reduce cycle time, and enhance quality. Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Build and standardize SOPs, quality controls, and KPI dashboards. Facilitate training and capability building on manufacturing best practices for plant teams. Support cost-reduction and productivity-enhancement programs. Lead benchmarking studies and best-practice deployment from other industries or verticals. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to drive efficiency throughout the supply chain.
