Job Description

Mandatory : NPD,sheet metal fabrication,Manufacture in engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures to support production efficiency.
Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products (DFM Design for Manufacturability).
Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues to minimize downtime and defects.
Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Implement automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies where applicable.
Monitor and analyze production metrics (cycle time, scrap rate, OEE) and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality regulations, and environmental policies.
Support new product introduction (NPI) and coordinate pilot runs for smooth transition to full production.
