Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize
manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts
for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with
design and R&D teams
to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Conduct
time studies, process capability analyses, and root cause investigations
for production issues.
Identify and drive
process improvement initiatives
using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Prepare and maintain
process documentation
, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Support
new product introduction (NPI)
and ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
Evaluate and select
tools, equipment, and fixtures
to improve production reliability and output.
