Job Purpose / Description:•

Responsible for executing the production as per the drawing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production activities based on engineering drawings.• Ensure adherence to quality standards during welding and fabrication.• Address production line issues affecting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).Basic

Qualification:

• Qualification : DME / BE in Mechanical Engineering• Preferred Experience : Experience in fabrication (Fitting, Welding)• Certifications (if any) : Welding-related certifications (optional)

Experience / location:

1-2 years / Poonamallee.

Competencies Required:

Technical / Functional Skills

• Welding knowledge – SAW, MIG, TIG, ARC• Fabrication line experience• Understanding of quality and production flow

Behavioral / Personal Traits

• Attention to detail • Problem-solving under pressure • Team coordination and adaptability
