Role & responsibilities Evaluate drawing requirements & able to create manufacturing process flow New product development & sample submission Preparation of documents like PPAP, PFMEA,control plan, SOP Participate in cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaboration Establish effective and efficient work sequences Solve existing manufacturing problems Develop standardized criteria for all manufacturing process Preferred candidate profile Expert level with CNC Machining and Grinding. Experience in forging & Heat treatment added advantage. Experience with Problem solving like DOE & Six Sigma. Strong verbal and written communication skills New product development Knowledge in AutoCAD
