You will help ensure smooth production processes, maintain product quality, and support continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor. 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily manufacturing activities on the AC production line. Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards. Assist in preparing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Maintain coordination with cross‑functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance). Ensure safety protocols and compliance with manufacturing guidelines. Support implementation of Lean/5S practices on the plant floor. 🎓 Education & ExperienceEducation: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic/Board. Experience: 0 to 3 years in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Freshers with internship or practical training in production settings are welcome. 💰 Salary (In‑Hand)₹20,000 per month take‑home salary (in‑hand after statutory deductions). Total salary structure (CTC) may include components like basic pay, allowances, provident fund (PF), etc., such that the final in‑hand is ~₹20,000. 🛠️ Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing assembly and processes. Ability to read mechanical drawings and work instructions. Familiarity with quality checks and basic process improvement tools. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles (5S/Kaizen).
