- Works with SCRUM Team members (3 amigo concept) in order to determine test approach for functionality/enhancements introduced within SPRINT
- Makes delivery commitments together with team members
- Designs test cases (BDD) that are validating every USER STORY in scope of given cycle (sprint) in line with acceptance criteria defined for these
- Translates functional requirements into the test automation requirements and then into the automated test scripts. Automated scripts are written in robust, scalable, and high quality open-source test automation frameworks and serve for purpose of functional and regression testing
- Executes tests (manually, automated scripts), schedules test execution runs and reports on their results
- Maintains and updates automated test scripts post every test execution cycle
- Raises bugs in case deviations from acceptance criteria are observed as a result of test execution. Analyzes and investigates issues coming from automation test runs
- Develops and sets up mocks / stubs / virtual services for smooth automation framework execution
- Supports SCRUM team members on the issue resolution by providing comprehensive results of the test execution and reproducing a bug
- Maintains repositories of test scripts
