Manual Tester Lead

Position Name: Manual Test Lead Experience : Min. 8+ Yrs CTC : As per company standards. We’re seeking a self-motivated, process-oriented, and fast-moving Manual Test Lead to drive quality across our web and mobile products. You’ll lead testing efforts, design robust processes, and ensure high-velocity, high-quality releases. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, anticipates issues before they occur, and constantly looks for smarter ways to improve QA efficiency. EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS? ● Own the entire manual testing lifecycle — from planning to release validation. ● Create, review, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, and UAT phases. ● Lead and mentor a small QA team; establish best practices and ensure process adherence ● Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure early detection and resolution of issues. ● Continuously improve QA processes for speed and reliability. ● Track defects using Jira (or similar tools) and ensure timely closure. ● Drive faster release cycles with minimal post-release bugs. ● Prepare and maintain clear documentation and QA reports for every sprint/release.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
