Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Software Tester to join our QA team. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for validating and verifying software systems to ensure they meet business and user requirements. Key Responsibilities: Understand software requirements and prepare test scenarios/test cases. Perform manual testing to identify bugs, issues, or inconsistencies in software applications. Execute test cases and document results. Report defects in a clear and concise manner using a bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand features and resolve issues. Perform regression and re-testing of resolved bugs. Learn and apply basic automation testing tools (optional but a plus). Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC). Familiarity with testing types: functional, regression, integration, etc. Basic knowledge of SQL and web technologies. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Knowledge of any bug tracking or test management tool is a plus. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Postman) ISTQB certification or any basic QA course completion Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹248,187.26 - ₹1,100,554.19 per year Application Deadline: 15/06/2025
