Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end manual testing across retail systems, integrations, and third-party platforms
Validate APIs and payloads using
Postman or Swagger
Design and execute integration test cases for
sales/purchase order
workflows
Analyze business requirements and ensure seamless data flow across systems (e.g.,
CRM
,
Business Central
,
e-commerce
)
Raise and manage defects with clear reproduction steps and data references
Collaborate with teams in Agile ceremonies and maintain high-quality test documentation

Required Skills:

4–6 years of manual testing experience in
retail, e-commerce, or ERP domains
Strong knowledge of
API request/response validation
and integration flows
Hands-on with
Postman
,
Swagger
,
JIRA
, or
Azure DevOps
Proficient in multi-system test case design and execution
Solid understanding of
sales and purchase order workflows
Excellent documentation and communication skills
