Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of corporate action processes on TCS BaNCS GSP custody platform.
Validate the corporate action lifecycle in line with GCC custody business requirements.
Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and expected outcomes.
Identify, document, and track defects and issues using test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence).
Ensure compliance with custody and corporate action operations.
Support process optimization and potential automation initiatives in corporate action services.
Provide recommendations for improving quality and efficiency of corporate action workflows.

Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS GSP (custody product).
Strong understanding of GCC custody business, specifically corporate actions.
Experience with test management tools: JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Exposure to automation or process optimization in custody operations is a plus.

Experience

5+ years in manual testing within custody or corporate action services.
Proven experience in corporate action lifecycle testing in GCC markets
