Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications through thorough testing and defect identification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements
• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective
• Ensure software quality meets customer expectations and organizational standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
• Good understanding of web and mobile application testing
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Familiarity with SQL and API testing
