As a Full Stack Web Developer with 2-4 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing web applications using the latest technologies. Your role will involve both front-end and back-end development to ensure seamless user experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Being the go-to person for the Project Lead for complex feature implementations. - Independently understanding requirements and implementing them effectively. - Creating efficient, reusable, and scalable code for front-end and back-end development. - Optimizing applications for maximum performance and responsiveness. - Troubleshooting and debugging issues in a timely manner. - Writing and maintaining technical documentation. - Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in web development. - Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team collaboration. - Guiding junior team members to help them enhance their skills. Skills Required: - Good communication and client interfacing skills. - Strong fundamentals in core JavaScript concepts with 4-6 years of experience in web projects. - Proficiency in Frameworks like Node.js/Nest.js, Angular/React/Vue.js/Next.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, and related technologies. - Experience with Relational and/or NoSQL databases. - Hands-on experience in building high-quality web applications. - Knowledge of at least one major cloud service provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Familiarity with Docker, Docker Compose, and basic understanding of Kubernetes. - Experience with Git and branching strategy (preferably GitFlow). - Strong architectural and design skills. - Analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Understanding of emerging technologies, standards, and best practices. - Software development experience with a focus on Cloud technologies. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
