As a Manual QA Tester with 4+ years of experience, your role will involve conducting manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs and issues through a defect tracking system. - Performing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to validate application behavior. - Working closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback. - Ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility. - Performing smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing as required. - Contributing to the creation and improvement of testing documentation and processes. - Participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings. - Assisting in the continuous improvement of testing practices and methodologies.
