About the Role

Mid–Senior Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and execute
test cases
,
test plans
, and
test scenarios
.
Perform detailed
functional, regression, integration, and usability testing
.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira/Linear.
Work closely with developers to reproduce bugs, verify fixes, and improve quality.
Validate API responses using tools like Postman/Insomnia.
Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to test strategy.
Ensure release readiness through smoke and sanity testing.
Collaborate actively with Engineering & Product teams for clear communication.

Required Experience

2–3 years

Technical Skills

Strong experience writing
test cases, test plans, and bug reports
.
Hands-on with
functional, regression, and integration testing
.
Experience using
Jira/ClickUp/Linear
for defect management.
Familiarity with
Postman
, API testing, and JSON response validation.
Understanding of QA best practices, SDLC, and STLC.
Ability to test across web, mobile responsive, and cross-browser scenarios.
Bonus: Exposure to
automation tools
(Playwright/Selenium/Cypress/Jest).

Soft Skills

Strong English communication
— written & verbal.
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with dev teams.
Clear, concise bug reporting and reproduction steps.
