Manual Jewellery Designer

Job Purpose

U.S. market

Key Responsibilities

1. Concept Development & Design

• Develop creative jewellery concepts, mood boards, and design sketches aligned with market trends.
  
• Create original, contemporary diamond jewellery designs for the U.S. consumer segment.
  
• Ensure each design reflects brand identity, craftsmanship quality, and aesthetic excellence.
  

2. Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with

  design, merchandising, and production teams

  to translate ideas into final products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are commercially viable and production-ready.
  
• Present concepts and design collections to management and clients effectively.
  

3. Technical Design & Software

• Create detailed technical drawings using

  CorelDRAW

  ,

  Photoshop

  , and

  CAD tools

  such as

  Rhino

  or

  Matrix

  .
• Work with CAD and manufacturing teams to ensure accuracy in design execution.
  
• Maintain design files and update archives as per project requirements.
  

4. Trend Research & Innovation

• Research and analyze

  global jewellery trends

  , gemstones, and materials relevant to U.S. markets.
• Propose new design directions, seasonal collections, and innovative product lines.
  
• Stay updated on fashion, luxury, and lifestyle influences impacting jewellery design.
  

5. Project Management

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  
• Ensure quality, cost, and delivery timelines are met for all assigned design tasks.
  

Required Candidate Profile

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in

  Design / Jewellery Design / Fine Arts

  or a related field.

• Experience:

  Proven experience in

  jewellery design for U.S. markets

  , preferably in diamond jewellery.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in

  CorelDRAW, Photoshop, CAD (Rhino/Matrix)

• Strong understanding of

  jewellery manufacturing processes

  and materials.

• Creative Skills:
