Role Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Manual/Corel Designer with strong expertise in manual Jewellery sketching and CorelDRAW. The role involves creating detailed design concepts, supporting CAD development, maintaining documentation accuracy, and ensuring smooth coordination with merchandising, production, and design teams. Candidates must have strong design sense, technical understanding of jewellery, and the ability to deliver accurate designs in fast-paced product development cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Manual & Digital Design

• Create high-precision manual sketches for jewellery designs.
• Develop digital layouts and clean design drawings using CorelDRAW.
• Translate briefs into creative, technically accurate design outputs.

CAD Coordination

• Work closely with CAD designers to ensure correct conversion of manual designs.
• Review CAD renders and provide corrections to match the original concept.
• Ensure all designs are production-feasible and technically sound.

Product Development Support

• Assist in new product development, design themes, and seasonal collections.
• Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for sampling and final approvals.
• Maintain accurate design records, versions, and documentation.

Quality & Technical Detailing

• Ensure designs meet technical specifications for setting, manufacturing, and finishing.
• Deliver clean measurements, proportions, and detailed views.
• Follow internal design standards and production guidelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• 58 years experience in Manual Jewellery Design and CorelDRAW.
• Strong design aesthetics with the ability to work on fine Jewellery and LGD ranges.
• Ability to understand CAD drawings, measurements, and Jewellery components.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks with timely delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in lab-grown diamond Jewellery or export design processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing feasibility, casting, stone setting, and finishing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating manual and digital jewellery design.
